Keda Office Furniture established in 2007, is a professional manufacturer of steel office furniture, which locates in Luoyang City, Henan Province. From the very beginning, our factory is focused on products manufacture and export. For over 9 years, Keda Furniture has been set up a global sales network over 60 countries. Till now, we have three factories and one trading company for the better development. We will continuously introduce new and high tech furniture to remain at the forefront of the industry.
We have three kinds of Sales service departments: Pre - sales service, Medium - sales service and After - sales service.
1. Pre - sales service department. The team will keep on line 24x7 hours for customer to provide detailed service about products.
2. Medium- sales service department. The team will not only control the production process, check the quality and pack details, but also inspect the goods loading for our clients.
3. After - sales department. The team will handle the feedback and opinions timely and effectively, then report to QC. Next they will try their best to solve the problem. Also We would like to update the information of our new products to clients every single month.
